Great staff and clean rooms, but parking could be hard to find.

Newly renovated facilities impressed me.

We were there for two nights, and housekeeping never came. The room was vacant for most of the day, giving them plenty of opportunity to clean. We specifically chose this hotel for the kitchenette, only to find there was absolutely no cookware or utensils available. It was frustrating to arrive expecting to prepare meals for my celiaic son, and instead, we had to deal with a completely unusable kitchen. Why advertise kitchen facilities when they are practically empty?

During my stay, the hospitality was a delight, and I loved how close I was to both the Maurepas Swamp Wildlife Management Area Trail and the vibrant local parks, making my weekend strolls truly enjoyable.

The stay had its highs and lows. The room was spacious with new appliances, but lacking kitchen wares left us frustrated. While breakfast was decent most days, the second morning’s offerings were disappointing. Staff were friendly, yet there were noticeable cleanliness issues that need attention.

The rooms were spacious and clean, perfect for my family of four. We loved the excellent hot breakfast. it truly was one of the best we've had. The friendly staff went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed during our stay.

My kids wished for a small play area or pool to enjoy some leisure time. This would greatly enhance family visits.

While the lack of kitchenware was a buzzkill, Ernest’s service was top-notch! Just a gentle nudge for a couple of ironing boards in rooms would be a cherry on top.

A Family-Friendly Stay with Gracious Service

We enjoyed a delightful one-night stay in a spacious King Suite. Ernest at the front desk provided exceptional service and warm hospitality. While we loved the comfort of our suite, a request for an iron would have been helpful!

The staff consistently demonstrated a high level of professionalism and attentiveness, ensuring all my work-related needs were met efficiently. The location is ideal for business travelers, with easy access to local companies and amenities. I particularly appreciated the hot breakfast options, which included freshly made waffles and a selection of beverages to fuel my workday.

The room lacked basic kitchen utensils, making it difficult to fully utilize the kitchenette.

My stay at Best Western in LaPlace felt genuinely nice. The room was clean, and I enjoyed the delicious breakfast offerings. Though I encountered small cleanliness issues, the friendly staff and ambiance made up for it, providing a relaxing atmosphere after my road trip from Italy.

The room was clean and nicely decorated. The kitchenette was super handy for quick meals. We really enjoyed chilling by the outdoor swimming pool and lounging on the sun loungers after a long day. Just a heads up, the shower could use a mat as it was a bit slippery, but it didn't take away from our stay! 😊

This place suits me perfectly with free wi-fi, a seasonal outdoor pool, and 24-hour reception. I fondly remember how the staff helped with my bags during my first stay. Definitely returning for my next business trip!
